Notice to Users

Please read this legal agreement carefully before proceeding.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any 3D Arches Products, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use any 3D Arches Products. Your use of 3D Arches Products is conditioned upon full compliance with this agreement.

License Grant

3darches.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 3D Arches Products.
“You” refers to the individual, company, or entity whose funds are used to purchase the license.
“3D Arches Products” includes all paid content provided by 3darches.com.

Permitted Use Includes

  • Copying, storing, loading, installing, or displaying 3D Arches Products.

  • Modifying individual 3D Arches Products for personal use only.

  • Using 3D Arches Products in a game, as long as the products are in a proprietary format and are only displayed during gameplay. In such cases, attribution is required in the credits section, for example:

    • “Models provided by 3darches.com”

    • “Textures provided by 3darches.com”

  • Using 3D Arches Products to create still or animated images for marketing or commercial purposes, including publishing in any type of media (e.g., movies, advertisements, animations, portfolios).

Prohibited Use Includes

  • Renting, leasing, selling, or sublicensing original or modified 3D Arches Products.

  • Selling or sublicensing any project containing 3D Arches Products to a third party that does not have its own license.

  • Using any images (still or animated) provided by 3darches.com to market, rent, lease, or sublicense your own products.

Free 3D Arches Content

All free models, textures, shaders, or HDR images shared through the 3D Arches User Account are released under the CC0 1.0 license.
You may copy, modify, and distribute these free resources, including for commercial purposes, without requesting permission.

Ownership

All 3D Arches Products are owned and copyrighted by Janicki Image.
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the products. Your license grants usage rights only and should not be interpreted as a sale of ownership or intellectual property rights.

Copyright

3D Arches Products are protected under Norwegian copyright law, international treaties, and other applicable laws.
You acknowledge that no intellectual property rights are transferred to you through this license, and that full ownership and copyright remain the exclusive property of 3darches.com.

Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 3D Arches against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or distribution of 3D Arches Products, including claims brought against you.
You also agree to cover all legal fees, court costs, and judgments resulting from such claims.

Return Policy

We accept returns if a product contains a defect caused by our error (e.g., corrupted files or technical issues).
Refunds or exchanges are also available if a product or collection was purchased but not downloaded from the customer account.

No refunds or exchanges are provided if:

  • The incorrect product was purchased due to user error, and

  • The files have already been downloaded.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Norway.
3darches.com reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.

Enforceability

If any section of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
