3D Arches – Terms of Use

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

  1. 3D Arches – The online platform owned and operated by Janicki Image, registered in Norway, 4328 Sandnes.

  2. User – Any individual or legal entity, whether a consumer or an entrepreneur, engaging in Transactions with 3D Arches.

  3. Transactions – The process of entering into sales agreements for products offered by 3D Arches.

  4. License for 3D Arches Products – A license under which the User, as a Licensee, acquires from 3D Arches, as Licensor, the right to use the Products for commercial and personal purposes, strictly excluding resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or sharing, whether paid or unpaid.

  5. 3D Arches Products – Includes but is not limited to:
    a) 2D digital files such as JPG, PNG, or TIF (e.g., textures, illustrations, photographs);
    b) 3D digital files such as Blender, FBX, or OBJ files (e.g., models, scenes, shaders);
    c) HDRI files created from photographs or generated in 3D software;
    d) Paid tutorials (video or text-based content, including images);
    e) Free tutorials (video or text-based content, including images).

  6. Shop / Store – The online store section of the 3D Arches website where Users can purchase Products.

  7. Registered User – A User who has created an account on the 3D Arches website.

  8. Unregistered User – A User who has not created an account on the 3D Arches website.

All preview images are rendered using the Cycles engine, often with HDRI lighting. Results may vary in other software or render engines.

Some products may include flexible setups, allowing Users to modify shaders, materials, or textures to their preferences. Missing or unconnected maps or nodes in Blender are intentional and provided for advanced customization.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, as well as the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This includes orders placed under the same account, using the same credit card, or shipping to the same address.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. You are responsible for promptly updating your account details, including email address and payment information, to ensure successful transactions and communication.

These Terms of Use, together with related policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3D Arches and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the website periodically for updates. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Payment Policy

All prices are listed as gross prices, including 25% VAT (as required under Norwegian law), and denominated in USD.

Upon successful payment, access to the purchased digital product is granted immediately. Unregistered Users receive an email with a secure download link; Registered Users will also find this link in their account dashboard.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt, and responses will be provided in the same form in which the complaint was submitted.
