At 3D Arches, we offer only digital, downloadable products such as 3D models, textures, and other assets. Because of the nature of digital files, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged once the files have been downloaded.

  • Please ensure you review the product description, format, and technical details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete due to an error on our side.

  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing the files, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at contact@3darches.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for digital products.
